Feeling Better and Telling People

So the past 2 days I have been feeling better.  After a pep talk from personal trainer, Andy, I am also eating much better.  It must be the magic fix, eating healthy food that is.  So yesterday I ate about every 1.5 hours and I made sure to have fruits and veggies with protein.  I also tried to get tons of water, and no sweets.  Right now I just finished an apple and a cracker with sunflower butter.  I do feel like I am eating all the time though.  That is a very odd feeling for me.  I normally eat breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, and then dinner.  Now multiply that times 2 and shrink the size of what I eat!  Finding protein sources is also a challenge, but I am being creative, and sometimes just eating 1/2 a protein bar, when I can’t think of anything.

So the other thing.  I am just telling everyone.  I mean I am so bad at keeping secrets and this is a good secret.  Okay so I am not telling everyone at work, but I have decided I can tell my team and just have them keep it a secret for a couple more weeks.  After all, if anything bad happened then I would tell them anyways.  I mean, am a social person.
