The Word is Out

Posted December 25th, 2008 by Aaron

The word is out to our families.  Lots of excitement and well-wishing.  Now we can start telling some of our friends.  We’ll start with our closest friends and eventually start telling other people.  Like Sarah said, we’re not real secretive about stuff.  Well, she’s not.  I at least know how to keep a secret.

I wonder though, will Baby Stemen know how to keep a secret?  Will Baby go tell mommy about the “holiday cheer” I put in my coffee on Christmas mornings?  About the broken lamp when we were playing in the living room?  I guess only time will tell (no pun intended).

Of course we are excited!!!!! I have waited 15 years for another grandchild. I was starting to wonder if I would be to old to even hold the baby when I did get another grandchild. :-)

It will be interesting to see what names you picked out for the baby.

    Love you both.
